Individual Services
I see individual clients on a regular schedule, usually weekly, to support their growth. Depending on age, profile, needs, and goals, these sessions may include talk and play therapy, or experiential work (exploring the community in some way). These sessions are typically billed on a monthly basis after service is provided.
Group Services
Client Groups
I often have various groups in my schedule. These groups usually focus on social interaction, perspective-taking, and critical thinking, and the specific topics are determined by the profile of group members. These topics might include game playing, current events, popular culture, and outdoor exploration. If you are interested in a group with a specific theme or focus, please let me know and we can work together to create it. I do not usually run groups that focus on the development of applied skills such as cooking, hygiene, or academic skills (for example), though I do have colleagues in Threshold Community Partners who focus on those kinds of groups! My work generally focuses on the social-emotional dynamics of members and on critical thinking, decision-making, and emotional durability. These groups are typically fixed length (e.g., 10 sessions), and are paid in advance.
Parent/Caregiver Groups
I am committed to supporting the experience of parents and caregivers, and I believe that facilitated, confidential, and focused group meetings can be an incredibly valuable experience. If you are a parent or caregiver seeking support, please reach out to see if a group is in process or to get on a waiting list.
Sibling Groups
The emotional needs of the siblings of neurodivergent individuals are sometimes overlooked. Siblings can benefit tremendously from processing their experience, and from connecting with others who have similar experiences and feelings. Please reach out to see if a sibling group is in process or to get on a waiting list.
Consultations
Sometimes, families need a fresh look at their situation. They may be struggling with their child's experience in school, at home, or both. They may have a variety of points of view that they are trying to reconcile, from a psychiatrist to a teacher to a grandparent to other therapists. I bring my deep experience working with a wide variety of client profiles, as well as an appreciation for the various perspectives of the other stakeholders, to develop a new view of a family's current experience. This kind of consultation may involve interviewing stakeholders, meeting with the identified individual, reviewing video of parent-child interactions, and reviewing existing reports. This process usually results in a report and a summary conversation that provides a "big picture" view with recommendations for good ways to move forward. These consultations are highly individualized, but generally involve 5-15 hours of work.
Other Services
I provide clinical supervision and consultation (either ongoing or periodic), as well as school or therapeutic program review and consultation. I also periodically provide various forms of training in a range of special topics to parents and professionals. These topics include understanding autism and neurodivergence, supporting sex and sexuality, managing aggression and anger, supporting adult children, learning to use relationship-based, developmental intervention, and much more.
If you think I might be able to help you but don't see a specific description on this page that fits your needs, please reach out so we can discuss what you are thinking about!
Rates and Payment
These rates are effective as of June 1, 2026.
My base rate for individual hourly services is $200 for a 50 minute session.
Group rates vary based on the size, length of session, and duration of the group, but typically run about $40-75 per session per member.
Consultation and supervision services are priced on a case-by-case basis.
For clients needing reduced rate services, I am fortunate to have an association with Threshold Community Program, a nonprofit organization offering financial aid for my services based on demonstrated need. I also have several additional sliding scale spots available at any given time. Please reach out for more information.
I can accept payment by Venmo and other forms of electronic transfer, as well as by check.
